Seller:  FluxData

FluxData is a leading provider of advanced multispectral and digital imaging systems for a wide range of applications.  Based in Rochester New York, FluxData was renowned for their color measurement and cosmetic inspection systems, specialty imaging, surveillance and tactical sensors and surgical imaging systems.

Transaction Details:

FluxData is a strategic fit for Halma’s other light measurement, imaging and photonics technology companies.  FluxData will be operated by Halma as part of Ocean Insight.  Ocean Insight provides a variety of modular optical sensing solutions including spectrometers and sensors for integration into instruments.
