Cowin Global is a logistics cart company headquartered in Sweden with major production operations in China.

 

Seller:  Carico Systems

Based in Fort Wayne, Indiana Carico Systems manufactures and distributes logistics carts throughout the United States.

 

Transaction Details:

Cowin Global acquired Carico Systems from private shareholders.  Carico Systems has a well-known brand name in logistics carts but the high cost of USA production and a flood of inexpensive poor quality product from Asia make it hard to compete.  Combining high quality Asian production with American design and distribution is a win-win for both companies.
