Transaction Details:

Ondax achieved success in multiple areas of advanced photonics technology and was renowned for their THz-Raman spectroscopy technology, advanced lasers and gratings.  As part of Coherent, Ondax will be in an even better position to deliver exceptional laser products, innovation, and customer support.
